Caffè Euphoria & The Magic Rolling Pin
Posted by Simone Dobson onInspired by Calabria, at Home Downtown
Caffè Euphoria will open at its 290 Water Street spa location in mid- November. This special spot, located at street level for easy access, has been inspired by the casual Italian cafés in Italy.
Says Simone Dobson, Euphoria Wellness Spa Owner and Director, “My family roots come from Serra d'Aiello, and I’m excited to share some of that hospitality.”
Caffè Euphoria will offer a relaxed, neighbourhood feeling. Trained baristas will make lattes and cappuccinos. The Caffè will serve Starbucks® coffee and other specialties. If your day is not too hectic, you can stay and relax with a craft beer or glass of wine from one of many great wine regions.
The Pin – Added Magic
“The Pin” is a wonderful addition to Caffè Euphoria. Chef Nick Wittek and his wife Natalie, owners off The Magic Rolling Pin, will prepare fresh, healthy items for the Caffè every day. Both graduates of Fleming College, they are happy to give back to the community downtown. Nick is really enthusiastic about what he’s developed as signature Caffè Euphoria treats. Nick says, “We’re thrilled to be a part of this with Simone. This is right in our wheelhouse.” The Caffè’s offerings will incorporate the natural ingredients and creative flair that have brought The Magic Rolling Pin so much success.
Just to give you a taste, some take-away and eat-in items will include:
- four different kinds of scones, two seasonal and two signature
- Greek yogurt parfaits, topped with a gluten free coconut granola that tastes so delicious you’ll forget it’s healthy
- four kinds of fresh salads for lunch on the go
- a signature Caffè Euphoria cookie, plus other fresh treats
The Pin’s menu will also extend beyond the Caffè to Euphoria Wellness Spa clients. Those who go to Euphoria for a treatment or service, can order a delicious salad, wholesome sandwich, or enjoy a special high tea, all created for Euphoria by The Magic Rolling Pin.
A Special Offer
“There’s so much more I can say about how we’re getting ready to welcome guests to the Caffè,” says Simone, “But I invite everyone to stop in and experience it for themselves.”
